When Is My Client Getting a New Poster?

If your client is on our E-Update Service, then they will automatically be sent a new poster every 12 months on their anniversary date. If your client is on our Poster Replacement Solution service, then they receive a new poster with every mandatory state or federal update. There is no way to know exactly when the governing agencies will release a new notice, and new shipments are solely contingent upon when updates are released. Your client will receive a new poster the next time the federal government or their state releases an update. To make sure your client has the most recent replacement poster hanging on their wall, they can simply scan the QR code at the top left of the poster to see if their poster is still in compliance.
