My Client Is on the Poster Replacement Solution. When Are They Getting Their Next Poster?
To find out when your client is getting their next poster, follow these simple steps if they are on the Poster Replacement Solution:
1. Navigate to the online order portal at
www.clientportal.posterelite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.
2. Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "My Orders."
3. Click the Search button at the top right and use any of the provided fields to search for your client's subscription order. Typically "Client Company" is the easiest field to use for your search, but you can also search by order number, reference number, and more.
4. Make sure to locate the original subscription order, look for the word "Poster Replacement Solution" in the description. Any time there is a mandatory state or federal change your client will be sent an updated poster. For example, if there are five mandatory changes this year, your client will receive five new posters. However, if there are no changes to the poster for 14 months your client will not receive a new poster during this time span because their current version is still compliant.
