Is My Client Going to Get a Poster in January?

Employers are not required to post a new poster every January - only when labor law posting changes occur. In the past, there were fewer updates and when a business bought a poster at the beginning of the year, it was typically compliant all throughout the year. This is now an out-of-date concept because the poster can be updated all throughout the year.

If your client uses our E-update service, then they will always receive a new poster on their anniversary month. For example, if a client was activated in August, they will receive a new poster every August. To determine when your client's anniversary month is, please view the "Date Order Received" column on the original subscription order in the online portal. That date is going to be the client's anniversary date that their anniversary poster shipment is automatically generated each year. 

If your client is on our Replacement service, they will receive a new poster with each new mandatory update but there is no connection to a specific calendar month. (If there are 5 updates during the year, they will receive 5 posters. If then there is period where nothing changes for 14 months, then nothing would be shipped out because their current version is still compliant).
