I Accidentally Ordered an All In One Poster without the E-Update Service. How Do I Get My Client on the E-Update Service?

For a client who was ordered only the All In One poster and needed to be on the E-Update Service, you have a couple options:

 

1.      If the order was just/recently placed and is under status “New” or “In Processing”

 

a.       Keep the order for the All-In-One Labor Law Poster and place a second order with the Poster Order Type E-Update Service without initial All-In-One poster

 

b.      Contact the customer service team at customerservice@posterelite.com for assistance in updating the order to reflect the E-Update Service with initial All-In-One poster.

 

2.      If the order is under status “Shipped”

 

a.       Keep the order for the All-In-One Labor Law Poster and place a second order with the Poster Order Type E-Update Service without initial All-In-One poster

 

Note: this will set the client's anniversary date to the date the new order is placed. This means they will receive their next poster 12 months from the date you place the new poster order for them.
