I Accidentally Ordered an Update Service Without an Initial Poster. How Do I Get My Client a Poster?

E-UPDATE SERVICE OPTION
If your client was accidentally activated on the E-Update Service without initial poster, you have a couple options:

1. Cancel the original order and place a new order for E-Update Service with initial poster. Note: this will update the client's anniversary date to the date the new order is placed. This means they will receive their next poster 12 months from the date you place the new poster order for them. 
 
2. Keep the original order as-is and order a stand-alone poster without any update service attached. The portal option for this is: 










REPLACEMENT SOLUTION OPTION
If your client was accidentally activated on the Replacement Service without an initial poster, simply cancel the subscription and place a new order for the Replacement Service with initial poster.
