How to Re-Send an E-update to Your Client

To re-send an e-update, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the online portal at https://clientportal.posterelite.com/ and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.



2.  Hover over the "Other Reports & Tools" section located at the top of the page and select "Posting Updates Report."


3.  Once you are on the Posting Updates Report page, click the Search icon at the top right and search for the client's state. 


4. This will pull up any recent updates for that state.  You will see that next to each update listed are links to download that new notice. Typically both English and Spanish will be provided, but in some cases there may be only English available.  Click the links to download the notices needed for your client's state. 



You can now email these recent updates directly to your client.
