How to Locate and/or Update the Email Address on File for Your Client

To locate and/or update the email address on file for a client, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the online order portal at www.clientportal.posterelite.com and log in. If you can't recall your password, there is a "Forgot Password" button to re-set your password.


2. Hover over the "Orders" section located in the bar at the top of the page and select "Update Client Info Tool."


3. Click the Search button at the top right and use any of the provided fields to search for your client's subscription order. Typically "Client Company" is the easiest field to use for your search, but you can also search by order number, reference number, and more.


4. Once you locate the order, click on "Update Client Info."


5. This will pull up the client's subscription information and show you the email address, shipping address, contact, and phone number on file for the client. You can make any changes needed and click to Save. 


Once you save, the new information will now be on file for any future updates.
