Do You Have to Display Labor Law Posters in Spanish?

The English version is always required, but typically employers only need to have Spanish posters if they have employees that have a hard time reading or understanding English. There are a few exceptions; for example some states release bilingual notices. We also have a Spanish update service available - this will work the same as the English version but clients will also receive a new Spanish poster each year and labor law posting updates in Spanish.
